A Week Worth of OUTFITS

I figured I might as well collect some of my outfit shots that I've collected, as said before - I'm trying to improve my day-to-day self worth by dressing up, but I'm... sloppy, to say the least, haha, BUT I bought a pair of pants a few weeks ago that I'm extremely happy with, because they actually fit me! + They're high-waisted~

Storms, Movies and Shopping

Wow, another update, I think I'm definitely getting better, huh?
Thursday and friday there was another storm with hurricane strength in Denmark, it's worth a mention, since it's rare for Denmark for have such extreme weather, especially because there's just been a storm in October.
anyways, I live right by the coast, which meant worse weather than most places, a lot of roads has washed away, property damaged, and broken trees in all backyards.

I walk under this tree every morning, it's uprooted, but hasn't been removed yet - and a heavy fog covered most of the northern Island, usually I have a clear view of the horizon, but not today.

Yesterday I went to Copenhagen with babulicious, to look for christmas presents, use my bonuscards at H&M, get hairdye and watch Catching Fire.

We went to our regular mall, and of course had dinner at The President, because their burgers are just... yes please. All their burgers are named after american presidents and ministers, my favorite one is Quincy Adams - Mie had Nixon.

 

My haul is simple, but very lovely I must say.

I've eyed the flower shirt the few times I've been to h&m, and if you look back you can see I found a Pug T-shirt that I wanted, but this one.. This one is much better 8D

I've been running low on my toner and decided I might as well get two dyes, so I have good stock. I use the Directions Lagoon Blue with loooooads of conditioner to get the pastel tone :D

Are we going to discuss this tub of popcorn and coke?  I believe we are!
I always want a large coke when I go to the movies, because medium just doesn't cover my needs. But I guess that's only in my usual theatre, because CinamaxX's large is A LITER OF COKE. Thank you but no thank you. I've learned my lesson (didn't even finish half! While Mie ate all of the popcorn XD Hunger Games indeed)

 I really liked the movie, it was more flawed than the first one, in the sense that they've changed up the timeline and the time and action of a lot of interactions, but actually also used DIRECT text to speech from the book, which I personally think is awesome and adds flavour.
I'm currently more than halfway through the book, and I'm pretty happy I didn't get to finish it in time for the viewing, because I would probably have been too distracted by the changes. Other than that, I will hop on the bandwagon and say that Jennifer Lawrence is an UH-mazing actress, if the movies could be 5 hours long, I believe that she could embody Katniss' character perfectly. Also.... I ship her with Peeta so much in the movies, because Josh Hutchersen is such a sweetie Peeta, can we just.

ALSO, if you're interested in movies like the Hunger Games, but also a flavor of the Bourne universe, you should look up Hanna, I was pleasantly surprised by it and thoroughly entranced throughout.

My favorite shops are the ones that has more DVD's than I own, and I was on a hunt for a movie I've had on my To Watch list in forever, and since I'm obsessed with one of the songs, I figured I might as well pay for it.

Yep, Burlesque. I've heard mostly bad about this movie, the whole "singers-to-actors" commotion, but wanted to judge for myself, and really.. Cher and Christina Aguilera is both crazy bamf.

Afterwards we went on to look at some clothes, the sales. Rice crispies, the sales. And also... can we talk about why the heck T-shirts get so popular in the winter time? I'm not saying I mind, I mean heck, yes please more T-shirts thank you.

Ps: Someone buy this for me in a small? I mean omg yes.

Also elf-cosmetics were on sale, so decided to try out two products that I've eyed before, I hear a lot of bad and a lot of good about this brand, about very different products, so can't wait to try it out myself.

Got a new T-shirt from MONKI, which is so soft grunge pastel goth I'm gonna die, but I just like it so much, guh. And I know, I'm using those jeans a lot, but honestly... They're one of the only pairs of pants I have that fits me tightly. (And they're awesome so no regrets!!)

OOTD: Cotten candy Hipster

I don't even know with that title honestly haha, but today my hair looked like cotten candy, because I did my roots yesterday, and they still have the yellow hue (didn't use enough toner in the bleach), really gotta just buy my  regular bleach, I can't stand the brassy results, haha

ANYWAYS - Wore one of my new T-shirts and a pair of jeans I got at H&M in ... Norway, I think. They have an awesome scales print and thought they brought some glam to this simple outfit 8D

Maybe I should make it my mission to actually get up early and do myself up, it's hard, but I felt way more comfortable at school, instead of getting all the looks of pity (SORRY MY CLEAN FACE LOOKS SICKLY)

OOTD + Shopping

Today school started late, so I decided to dress up, just to remind them that I don't always look trash 8D
I've had this outfit in mind for a few days, and I actually wanted to use my Budapest, shirt, but of course I couldn't find it this morning, because i can't keep track of my clothes, heey.

Okay, so a major thing; Finally bought myself a black hoodie, I have seriously not owned one since I was around 14, which is pretty much 9 years ago and every time I look through my hoodies I always miss having a black one, because it's just subtle, comfortable and looks nice with anything.

Also bought two grey t-shirts and three necklaces, since H&M were having a sale, and I thought the hoodie would cost a lot more than it did.
I'm so happy I got the first 'studded' necklace, I've been eyeing it ever since it came into stores, but didn't want to pay 80 DKR for it, but today it was marked down to 20 DKR, how could I not?

CONCERT: Imagine Dragons

So about two weeks back, I went to see Imagine Dragons live with my BFF, Hayes.

Honest to rice crispies, I had only heard ONE song from them, the same on as EVERYONE else; Radioactive. Which is a song that I do like a lot, so I thought it'd be pretty awesome to go hear it live and then maybe fall in love with some other songs as well!

 I wore a T-shirt-into-tanktop that I bought in Budapest (which is filled with Lies), the skirt for my galaxy seifuku uniform (yup, my girlfriend got me that, holla~) and my hair curled with a less drastic parting, oh yes.

Even though Hayes' had told me about what sort of crowd it'd be, I figured I wouldn't stand out as much, I mean come on, in my ears they're kinda indie R&B - But oooh was I wrong. I'm not shy about the way I look or dress, except for when I'm at a huge gathering and I obviously stick out. But oh well, didn't matter as soon as the lights were out!

I will openly admit that I was very impressed with this band and singer, I thought the sound was great and as far as I could tell, Dan Reynolds sang phenomenally, both in terms of key, but also emotion.

Most of the songs are definitely not something I'll listen to on a daily basis, since it's very rare that I listen to quiet and emotional songs - I need something that gets me happy and going.

I DID very much enjoy "Demons" and did go right home the next day and purchase it!

I've been a little sick for a while, but got declared healthy this monday, and to celebrate it, my mom got me my first maxi-dress. I've been wanted one for a while, but all the ones I've found I felt uncomfortable in, but this one I love wearing.
